⚠️ FORTIFIED COMPLIANCE REMINDER: If the home has gable vents, Gable Vent Protection is NOT optional — it's a FORTIFIED Roof Certificate requirement. Failure to install disqualifies the home for FORTIFIED designation and blocks LFHP grant reimbursement. Always check this box for homes with gable vents.
